We know that Canon never disappoints us. After the announcement of the new Canon EOS R5 in the EOS R family, everyone is expecting to have a record-breaking demand of this beast. Canon EOS R5 is among the Canon’s professional full-frame camera which belongs to mirrorless flagship. Canon has brought this for both photographers and filmmakers with different amazing new features.

EOS 5 is the Canon’s first camera to incorporate 5-axis In-Body Image Stabilization (IBIS), which enables R5 to enhance the capacity to shoot still image at very slower shutter speed as well as very good handling of camera reducing camera shake while shooting movies. When IBIS combines with Optical Image Stabilization found in many Canon RF and EF lenses the result will be worth praising.
Canon claims that this camera can bring everything into focus. EOS R5 has advanced subject detection to new level-Utilizing Canon’s Dual Pixel CMOS AF Technology; the EOS R5 will be capable of making Ultra-High-Speed Autofocus calculations to match its immensely powerful High-Speed Shooting capability of 20 fps. Face, Head and even Eye tracking when People detection is set, providing ease and accuracy when capturing stills or video. Detection of Animals will also be possible for the first time in a Canon camera, effectively tracking the whole body, face, or eye of cats, dogs, or birds for speed and precision.
It seems like Canon doesn’t want to reveal it sensor resolution but different sources says that it will be 45 MP. As previously mentioned the camera will have 8K internal RAW recording at up to 29.97fps and 4K at up to 119.88fps in either 4:2:2 10bit Canon Log or 4:2:2 10 bit HDR PQ, this camera seems to be a best offer for film maker.
EOS 5 contains 2 card clots super high-speed CFexpress card slot and a UHS-II SD card slot.
Canon EOS R5 is supposed to get released on around 2nd of July if not on the 1st week of July, it will also depend upon which side of the globe you sty. Let’s wait for its release and we will be updating if any new feature.
